Return Policy

We have a return policy of 30 days.This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.

 Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please reach out if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Please note that sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the desired item is to return the item you have and purchase the new item separately once the return is accepted.

Legal Cooling-Off Period of 14 Days in the EU
Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without needing to provide a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified, and we will inform you whether the return has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund within ten business days via the original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
